I am Hatem Mosa, a cybersecurity leader, doctoral researcher at Princess Sumaya University for Technology, and founder of HatemTech and CyberHubJo. My work bridges deep technical expertise with community-driven initiatives to help governments, businesses, and learners stay ahead of emerging threats.
With over a decade of experience in cybersecurity and digital transformation, I lead initiatives that secure critical systems while empowering people with the knowledge to stay safe online. My research explores blockchain ethics, secure software architecture, and proactive defense for the Internet of Things.
I currently serve as a researcher and teaching assistant at the Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT), where I collaborate with leading academics on cutting-edge security solutions. Previously, I spearheaded security programs across public and private sectors, advising on national strategies, compliance, and resilient infrastructure.

Founded in 2021, HatemTech is a community initiative elevating cybersecurity literacy for schools, universities, and professionals. We combine immersive bootcamps, hands-on labs, and bilingual resources to close the cyber skills gap across the Middle East.
CyberHubJo, established in 2024, is Jordan's pioneering cyber range and youth hub. Through nationwide awareness tours, student capture-the-flag leagues, and mentorship circles, the platform inspires the next generation of cyber defenders.
Collaborations span ministries, NGOs, and tech communities including Women in Cybersecurity Bahrain, Tamkeen, Queen Rania Foundation, and regional startup accelerators.
